Lustau Blanco Vermouth
Crafted in Jerez from a unique blend of bone-dry, mineral Fino sherry and sweet, floral Moscatel, Vermut Lustau Blanco offers a more natural, sherry-based character than typical vermouths. Brilliant gold with golden highlights, it opens with an incredibly complex bouquet of chamomile, marjoram, orange peel, rosemary, gentian and wormwood.
On the palate it is floral, citrusy and herbaceous with notes of white flowers, candied lemon, hazelnut and a yeasty mineral base, balanced by a delightful bitter edge. Serve well-chilled over ice with an olive or twist, perfect as a bright summer aperitif or elevated in a white Negroni.
