Lomas del Marqués Blanco Rioja 2023
Selection of younger vines with an average age of 20 years located in the heart of Rioja (towns of Clavijo, Alberite, Villamediana and surrounding areas) and planted at height to maximize the fresh and fruity character of the variety.
Manual harvest, in small boxes at the beginning of September.
Vinification:
The clusters are macerated at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and the resulting free-run must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14°C and preserved on its fine lees for at least 4
Tasting Note:
Dry fruity white wine, with notable freshness and aromas of apple, citrus notes of lemon-lime, and with a slight bitter finish with hints of hay and hazelnut.
Pairing:
Ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif and very versatile in terms of pairing with all types of white meats, fish, seafood and ideal with Asian food (sushi, coconut curry, etc.).
