This wine was made under the supervision of Rabbi Shalom Levy, Rabbi of Kiryat Shmona.
Quality 50% Carignan and 50% Merlot grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Galilee. Correct combination of grapes and 6 month aging in American oak result in a young quality wine, light on the palate, accompanied with aromas and sumptuous flavors. Suitable for Kiddush, Havdalah and 4 cups of wine.
