A special selection of our canes, a slow and rigorous fermentation, a distillation in Creole column in the purest Caribbean tradition, for a concentrate of sweetness. Aromas of fresh cane, white flowers, for a successful aperitif! To be tasted dry accompanied by a little cane sugar, and a zest of lime.
La Favorite was founded in 1842. Before being the distillery that we know today, La Favorite produced cane sugar. It was when the distillery was bought by Henri Dormoy that it was modernized and turned into a distillery. It is then equipped with a steam engine, still in service today. It is the only distillery in Martinique that still runs completely steam.
