Preston crafts Widow Jane Whiskey Distilled from a Rye Mash: Oak and Applewood Aged by aging his newly-distilled rye in former bourbon barrels, with added staves made of oak and applewood.

45.5% - Over a number of growing seasons, they developed their own unique varietal of corn, and baptized it ‘Baby Jane.’ This unique corn has depth, sweetness and a creamy spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different.

A delicious blend of Premium Vodka, Fine Coffee and Exotic Cocoa. The finest and most consistent mild coffee beans from Columbia are blended masterfully with Cocoa from Nigeria in West Africa. This Arak shows bold & rich Anise flavors, which are smooth & full with soft coffee and vanilla. It has a long and creamy finish with a lingering subtle coffee flavor.

Zachlawi Fig Arak creates a unique flavor profile blending distinct characteristics, creating a complex taste experience with subtle nuances. The result is soft, relaxing anise, with earthy and nutty undertones.

The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren't we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly original source and their time in our Rick House in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with flavor & alcohol strength.
