A blend of varieties ideal for the Israeli climate, with aromas of black fruit and hints of Mediterranean herbs. Juicy, spicy and elegant. Aging: 10 months in small French oak barrels.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the Golan Heights and Upeer Galilee. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak. Complex with layers of rich black fruit. Balanced, full bodied with a long finish.

Thanks to night harvesting, the cuvee benefits from several hours of low temperature skin-contact maceration. The different grape varietals are vinified separately with temperature controlled at 60 degrees F following cold settling.

Velvety tannic structure and rich aromas of cassis, cedar and vanilla bean. On the palate, you get ripe blackberry with hints of tobacco leaf and leather. Good acid balance makes this a versatile wine to pair with your red meat dishes and pastas.

In 1998 Ella Valley Wineries was established to return the wine culture back to Israel with the tools, knowledge and technical advances to go forward into the 21st century. The Hai series of wines is a range specifically created for export, sourced from different vineyards throughout the country, with the aim of producing food friendly kosher wines.

Red Sancerre perfectly illustrate the virtues of the Pinot Noir grape variety. They are fragrant, elegant, fine and they have delicate aromas of red berries, ranging from cherries to blackcurrants.

The fresh fruit, sweet/sour, of the 'Wonderful' species, is squeezed when it is at the peak of its ripeness, undergoes a fermentation process after which it is aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel vats. Pomegranate is effective in lowering blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels etc. Pomegranate is rich in anti-oxidants.

A series of light, accessible, especially aromatic, happy and enjoyable wines, with a naturally low alcohol percentage, with a slight bubble and a gentle sweetness. The wines are made in the style of the Italian "Muscato de Asti". Wines suitable for a wide range of consumption options, providing a drinking experience that does not require advance preparation. Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Essence Malbec grapes originate from a vineyard site which has a unique and ideal microclimate. This site in the Ayalon Valley has a distinguishing airflow, allowing the vines to cool in the evening from the average daily temperatures.

A powerful wine showing aromas of red fruit and hints of earth and smoke. On the palate the wine is thick with good acidity. 28 months of aging in oak barrels resulted in a perfect balance between the wood and the fruit and a strong finish.
