Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The vines for Dignitary Pinot Noir are heavily influenced by the Petaluma Gap which is a wind gap named after a coastal mountain opening that stretches east from the Pacific.

Covenant Cabernet shows off its signature tannins—soft, ripe and lush—as they frame a richly layered blend of anise, cassis, blackberry, chocolate, and spice flavors.

Herzog Be-leaf is a certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon made with no added sulfites. Organically farmed in the warm rolling hills of Paso Robles, the grapes were harvested late in the season.

This Malbec displays top notes of blackberry, pink and whitepeppercorns, tobacco leaves and game. A kiss of oak bringsout hints of graphite, cigar box, spice, and cedar.

Kedem Sherry Royale is a full-bodied, rich, and moderately sweet amber wine that delivers a smooth and satisfying flavor profile. Perfectly suited for pairing with desserts, pastries, snacks, and fresh fruit, it enhances any occasion with its versatile and elegant character.

A beautiful garnet red, Jeunesse Pinot Noir opens with aromas of bing cherry and lush flavors of fresh strawberry and berry tart with hints of toffee and warm vanilla.

Lucious, dark and thick wine. Serve with desserts, pastries and fruit, and after dinner. Kedem Port is another success from this historic New York State winery. Ideal for Kiddush, it is also a lovely aperitif or after-dinner drink.

Dignitary Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown at the base of Chalk Hill, where a slightly warmer climate and rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for the clone. The wine is aged unfiltered for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Momentus Rosé is a fresh and fragrant pink, bursting with aromas of strawberry and honey melon balanced with notes of bright citrus, peach and hints fo ginger over refreshing bubbles.

This wine opens with rich aromas of blackberry jam, cassis and mocha with hints of sandalwood and vanilla. On the palate, concentrated flavors of cherry and spice combine with velvety tannins and subtle notes of leather over a lasting finish.
