K Pilota Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri 2020 is a refreshing white wine from Bodega K5, located in Aia near Zarautz, D.O. Getariako Txakolina. Made from 100% Hondarribi Zuri, this wine is crafted from grapes grown on steep, granitic soils 300 meters above the Cantabrian Sea.
The wine undergoes manual harvesting, pre-fermentation maceration, and fermentation with local yeasts in stainless steel tanks, where it is aged for 11 months on its lees. The result is a crisp, aromatic wine with a unique coastal character, reflecting the exceptional terroir of its origins.
