Jerusalem 4490 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2016
Cabernet Sauvignon | Israel
In the Hebrew year 4990, the Ramban was looking forward to leaving his home in Spain and immigrating to Jerusalem. Forty years later he arrived and renewed Jewish community life. The wine industry was revived, and became the basis for commercial production of wine in modern Israel.
The Reserve Series is characterized by remarkable flavors, aromas and scents. The wine is produced under impeccable conditions taking special care, from the growing of the grapes to the marketing. The wine was grown in the Shiloh Valley at a height of 830 m. The best quality grapes were picked before dawn. This unfiltered wine was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, which has given the wine a deep red hue, and a blackberry aroma. For Passover.
