Jean Cavé Fine Armagnac Trois Étoiles
Crafted in Gascony, France, this three-star Fine Armagnac from the historic house of Jean Cavé, founded in 1883, is an authentic expression of the region’s oldest brandy tradition. Made under the Appellation Armagnac Contrôlée, it is distilled from Gascon grapes and aged in oak, resulting in a lively, rustic character.
Expect a golden amber hue with aromas of dried apricot, prune, and vanilla, followed by a warm palate of baked fruit, spice, and a touch of toasted oak. Bottled at 40% ABV in a classic 700 ml format, it works well neat, over ice, or as the base for elegant cocktails. An excellent entry point for newcomers to Armagnac, it also offers great value for seasoned brandy lovers.
