This lovely wine expresses the ripe Syrah from the Languedoc's cooler foothills blended with the soft and delicious Grenache from the Roussillon. The South of France is a fascinating jigsaw puzzle of terroirs that H&B hopes you will discover in this fruit-driven wine, matured very naturally without any barrel aging.
80% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 10% Carignan. The Languedoc and Roussillon vineyards of Southern France embrace the Mediterranean Sea from Spain to the Rhone delta. Together these two are the largest vineyards of the country of France. Growers here benefit from very favorable climatic conditions with remarkable and extended periods of sunshine and strong winds.
