Full bodied wine with an elegant nose and intense aromas of fresh red fruits combined with spicy notes. The palate is soft with round tannins and a long finish, highlighting its fruitiness combined with the wood from the barrel that the aging brings.
Their French trained winemaker, Philippe Lichtenstein, immigrated to Israel with one dream: to bring the aroma and sensory from the vineyards of Provence to the hills of Jerusalem. This Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
