Pura means a big cluster of grapes in biblical Hebrew. It's a very elegant, aromatic wine with many flavors of dried fruit that will last long on your palate.
This Pura, dessert-style wine was harvested in late December at 32 degrees F from petite syrah and petit verdot grapes. It was aged for 24 months in barrels outside of the barrel room.
