Pale yellow, giving off light bubbles and crown making. Yeast touches in a fruity background of ripe apple, banana and pineapple. Good mouth tasting, with a light touch of sweetness, harmonious, fresh, elegant, tempting and with character.
40% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo, 20% Parellada, 10% Chardonnay. Produced by Cavas Masachs. The non-vintage Brut offers yeasty, wheat-thin aromas, persistent small bubbles, and crisp, dry, citrus and green apple flavors. This is an excellent value in sparkling wine from Gran Sarao. It is a custom cuvee selected and bottled for the importer.
