Gilgal Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot is Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fruit grown in the cold climate and high altitude unique to the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee. Produced from equal parts of Cabernet and Merlot, this attractive blend displays characters of both classic varieties.

More than anything, the wine's distinctive style and personality express the Golan growing region and the people who created it. The wine aged for 12 months in small French and American oak barrels.

In the Golan Heights lies Gilgal Regaim, a 5000 - year old site unlike any other. 42.000 basalt rocks are arranged in concentric circles, their purpose shrouded in mystery. Gilgal brings the spirit of this enigma to life, with wine grown in this ancient earth. Kosher for Passover.
