Soft ripe fruit on the nose complimented by elegant oak spice and a hint of minerality. The palate is generous and balanced with ripe fruit, soft spice, and a good tannic structure. The finish is mineral, complex, and long. This wine matches well with lamb shoulder marinated with rosemary, thyme, and hibiscus.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot. The vision of Flam winery was born in Tuscany in 1996. While on a fascinating tour amongst the splendid wineries of this enchanting region, Gilad & Golan Flam decided to build a boutique winery in Israel, which would be surrounded by superb vineyards and would be the source of the best possible Israeli wines.
