This wine is to be enjoyed on its own or with food. Goes best with gnocchi bolognese, bacon cheeseburger, or beef stew.
Bright ruby black color. Delicate, floral, fruity aromas of dried currants and craisins, spiced cherries, fondue chocolate, and rose water in a clay pot with an even, crisp, dryish medium-to-full body and a tingling, elegant, medium-long mocha cream, pureed berries, nutskin, and cedar finish with leafy tannins and light oak. A very smooth and easy cabernet that will appeal to pinot drinkers.
