Spicy, floral aromatic notes, as well as a lovely rich scent of fresh tangerines. Juicy red grapefruit and mandarin flavors lead the way on the palate - vibrant and full of recently bottled freshness. Matches well with sushi, spicy Asian cuisine, shellfish, or spicy empanadas.
100% Torrontes. Produced and bottled by Uvas del Valle S.A. (AKA Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate). "Mina" is old-school Argentine slang for "girl," used colloquially today to affectionately refer to females of any age. This is a project created by two girls, one from Cafayate, Salta (Lucia Romero who runs Bodega El Porvenir) and the other from California (Heather Willens), so they thought it appropriate to call it "Dos Minas."
