Bruno Lorenzon Mercurey Piece 13 1er Cru 2015

One of life's movers and shakers, Bruno was also involved in a cooperage and while he has now left, he retains the distribution rights in South Africa, where he also makes wine. His small domaine is kept like a garden, and he makes completely exceptional wines almost for the pleasure of being able to. Bruno says "emotion is the key" in making wine exciting.

Domaine Lorenzon is situated in Mercurey in Cote Chalonnaise with 4.5 hectares of vineyards, most of which are located in 1er Cru appellation of Mercurey and Montagny. Since 1997, Bruno Lorenzon and his sister, Caroline, have been in charge of the estate. Considering the heritage and history of the domaine, Bruno has added his own personal touch to the viniculture by practicing lutte raisonnee.
