50% Grenache + 30% Cinsault + 15% Syrah + 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Golden, almost sandy pink in color. Nose blends highly delicate peach, lily and citrus notes. A lovely accompaniment to flambeed or glazed monkfish with vegetables, grilled poultry in a sauce, or fruit desserts.
