Bright red in color with slight blush tints. Hints of red fruit (wild strawberry), menthol, and smoky notes. Well balanced with silky tannins and good structure and an aromatic finish. Excellent with cheese. Pairs well with all meat, poultry, or pasta dishes.
Made with completely 100% Pinot Noir. Botted by Domaines Bonfils. The vineyard of Domaine de La Motte lies on the ancient Aude riverbed. The terrior is composed of gravel and sandy clay with the vines planted in the Cordo de Royat method.
