Light red ruby color. The nose shows small red berry aromas of strawberries and cherries, typical of Pinot Noir. The mouth is delicate, supple and full.
It becomes gentle and softer when ageing, with wild animals aromas appearing with bottle age. Matches well with grilled or roasted red meats; poultries, all kinds of game, cold meats, and cheeses. To be served from 15 to 18 degrees. Can age up to 5 years.
