Dante Robino Malbec 2015
Deep red with purple hues. Red fruit such as plum, blackberry or cherry. Subtle vanilla notes coming from the oak. Soft sweet tannins in the first impression, well-balanced with a long finish. To match with typical Argentinian grilled meat; stuffed pasta, lasagna, spicy empanadas, ripened cheese or rice with vegetables and mushrooms.
The yield of the vineyards is 80 Q/ha., with about 50 year-old low trellis vines in stony well drained soil watered by furrows with thawing water. Located in a wide night-day temperature difference area, the vineyards are at 930 m above sea level with excellent light, typical of the region. A real malbec. Red, with purple hues, intense and complete. You´ll find red fruit such as blackberry and plum, with subtle barrel notes. On the palate, it has soft tannins with a good balance of fruit and oak. A subtle malbec with a long finish, ideal for those who enjoy balanced elegant wines.
