Cousino Macul Dama de Plata Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Of an elegant violet color and a complex aroma composition, Dama de Plata has a fruity nose, filled with cherries, plums, and spices. In the mouth, you will find elegant and firm tannins. This wine is a medium bodied wine, with an excellent balance between fruit and oak. In 2006, Cousino-Macul celebrated its 150th anniversary. The CousiƱo family's wine estate in Santiago was established in 1856. Five years ago, the Cousinos moved many of their vines to a new estate at Buin, and built a new winery there. Few wine producers have the opportunity to make a completely new start, incorporating the best of their age-old experience, their unique vines from their personal greenhouse and the most contemporary technology available.
