Coquito Trigo is a Coconut Cream based liqueur traditionally served in Puerto Rico. It is made with 1 year old rum, coconut milk, sweet condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. The drink was commonly associated with the Christmas holidays, where it was traditionally served along with other holiday food. Now it’s so popular that in the U.S. we enjoy it year round.
