Cline Cellars Pinot Noir 2020
Delicate notes of vanilla, spearmint, and soft strawberry. This versatile Pinot pairs nicely with the Burnt Honey Gnocchi recipe found inside the wine's back label.
In 1982, with an inheritance from his grandfather, Fred Cline founded Cline Cellars near Oakley, California. Here, he preserved and restored many ancient-vine sites. In 1991, Fred and his wife Nancy relocated the winery to the Carneros region of Sonoma County, onto a 350-acre estate with new vineyards and facilities. Originally the site of a Miwok Village and the first camp of the Sonoma Mission, it features lush green lawns and spring-fed ponds surrounded by rose bushes, willow trees, and gardens.
