Sweet white wine from successive sorted on Sémillon and Muscadelle with noble rot (botrytis cinerea). In 1996 four passages (eight in 1997!) In the vineyards were necessary to pick up only the grapes concentrated by the noble rot.

From pruning to picking, from the vine to the cellar, whatever the season the hand and work of men and women is essential, patient, continuous. As the success of a wine Is completely linked to human intervention it must be thoughtful,constant and all the more so in Organic Farming; and in the same way that sun is essential for a perfect ripeness of our grapes, they hope that their happy moments whilst working ameliorate the character of our wine that we are always happy to share with you!
