Chateau Poitevin 2011
A round and elegant wine with fruity aromas. Ripe and harmonious with chocolate, leather, plum, oak notes. Richly fruited, cedary palate. Good tannins, long finish and ready to drink now!
55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot. The Chateau Poitevin family estate lies in the heart of Medoc on a terroir of alluvial gravels. Through a combination of local winemaking traditions and modern techniques, they produce a wine that has ample character and aromatic complexity. Carelly thought-out aging in barrels for twelve months has added both structure and body to the wine.
