50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Champagne R. Pouillon & Fils is a small, family-owned estate established in 1947 by Roger Pouillon. It is situated just north of Epernay and south of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aa. Fabrice Pouillon is a third-generation champagne producer whose approach is inspired by his grandfather.
