Aged for 3 years in their old chalk cellars to attain a lovely maturity and to develop its sea spray and lemon aromas. Aromas with hints of iodine and citrus; a real breath of fresh air. 100% Chardonnay. Champagne Jean Milan was founded in 1864. Today, Caroline Milan is the fourth generation of the family to direct this estate. The company controls 14.8 acres of vines averaging 43 years, spread over 42 different parcels, all in the Grand Cru of Oger. From their Oger Grand Cru vineyards, this champagne is a blend of fine vintages from two years, produced in the Jean Milan family tradition.
