Scintillating, rather pale tea-rose pink. The nose opens on aromas of red fruit such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, followed with airing by raspberry and a hint of pink grapefruit. A fruit-forward attack on redcurrant and raspberry leads into a nicely balanced mid-palate lifted by fresh citrus flavors, especially grapefruit, while the finish reveals more floral notes reminiscent of lily-of-the-valley and violet.
The Psagot Rose is a blend of red grape varietals. The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the Northern Jerusalem Mountains at a height of 700 meters. The wine is a nice looking, very salmon colored, almost fading to a touch of brick color. The aromas are very calm with some hints of grapefruit, lemon zest.
A creamy white foam with persistent tiny bubbles. Bright rose color with ruby red reflections. Delicate aromas of red berries and cotton candy. Lusciously sweet with a primary red fruit flavors yet refreshing with a lingering finish.
