Mount Eden Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is a refined and expressive wine that showcases the pure fruit essence of its renowned vineyard. Elegantly balanced with layers of complexity, it offers rich flavors of dark berries, cassis, and subtle oak.
This bourbon carries an aroma of rich fresh fruit, including plums, raspberries, and dark cherries followed by floral notes. It has a full and slightly soft taste, with long and lasting notes of fruit. The finish is long and savory with subtle tannins and toasted oak. This whiskey was finished in merlot casks from Napa and Sonoma for approximately two to four years.

The 2020 Oakcross Proprietary Red presents itself with an intense, dark ruby color. It opens with scents of red plum, perfume and aromatic floral notes of violet, along with hints of pomegranate, persimmon and vanilla cream.

Sourced from Sorenson and Haymaker vineyards on the west and east-facing sides of Howell Mountain, this wine has a long velvety finish.
Force & Grace Chardonnay boasts an aromatic nose of crisp apples, ripe melon, and sweet citrus. The bright palate draws on flavors of lemon and Fuyu persimmon, with an edge of stony minerality. Oak aging adds complex notes of vanilla, brioche, toasted coconut, and hints of cinnamon, swathed in a wonderfully rich texture and complemented by fresh balancing acidity.
On the palate, the Napa Valley Cabernet presents bright concentrated flavors of plum, dried cherry, blackberry fruit leather and black tea, supported by rich silky tannins and integrated acidity. The finish lingers with evolving notes of cedar, cacao, nutmeg, and licorice.

Explosive nose of vanilla crème brûlée and stovetop-reduced dark cherry, red currant, and blueberry compote. Very subtle hints of cocoa, anise, buttered toast, and kalamata olive. I’m absolutely enamored with the nose on this wine. On the palate the cocoa becomes more pronounced and thicker with ripe but fresh fruit. The generous mid-palate is full and plush with soft, integrated, tannins and a lovely lingering finish.
