Distilled in 1989, this rare single malt whisky has been carefully nurtured for three decades in our finest Sherry hogsheads and Bourbon barrels. Bottled at a cask strength of 45.3%, this 30-Year-Old is a celebration of Bowmore’s rich fruity and subtly smoky style.
The Negroamaro “PARITARU” pays homage to the figure of the “Paritaru,” the skilled artisan who, with his craftsmanship and knowledge, was able to build the “Pajaru”, a rural structure constructed using the dry stone wall method, which served as a refuge for farmers and shepherds.
A big ole nose of cinnamon stick, clove, vanilla, peppermint, and burned sugar is freshened up with crisp green apple. Very spicy, with cinnamon, crisp mint and fennel. Underlying sweet notes of caramel, molasses, vanilla, macaroon, cocoa, and candied fruit.
[yellow tail] Chardonnay has a distinctive nose that leaps from the glass and displays a lovely tropical-fruit aroma. The wine is silky smooth and easy to drink, with rich tropical-fruit flavors and a rich, crisp, creamy, and refreshing finish.
This makes an excellent entry into the world of Burgundian Pinot Noir. It displays an alluring nose filled with ripe cherry fruit, violets, vanilla and cinnamon. Light in the mouth with good earthy tones expertly blended with the cherry fruit flavours.
The 2017 Gran Reserva Malbec is selected from old Vines from Mendoza and undergoes 15 months aging in new French and American oak. It integrates the oak with aplomb, the nose is vibrant and well-defined, with notes of cassis, blueberry and blackberry. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, silky tannins enhanced by a patina of dark chocolate-tinged black fruit. The texture of the wine will perfectly compliment many good meat dishes.

Cenote Tequila announced the release of Cenote Ahumado Tequila, a small-batch tequila that revives historic methods used by original tequileros of roasting agave pinas over a woodfire.

The 2011 has tremendous focus, with sap and salt character offsetting the victoria plum, cherry, strawberry, and fruit liqueur richness. 100% Pinot Noir.
