The ingredients and whiskey-making process of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Unaged whiskey is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering into the barrel.
The 2020 Quintessa enters on a core of cassis, black cherry, and currants enveloped by clove spice and savory dried herbs. Layers of structured tannin and the distinct mineral imprint of the Quintessa terroir give way to a structured and polished finish. Balanced and with well-integrated movement, this elegant and complex wine has plenty of life ahead of it – drinking well now and with cellar potential for at least 20 years.
This is one of three Kosher Whiskeys from Buffalo Trace Distillery that hit the shelves after Passover in 2020. In 2012, new American oak Kosher barrels were filled with a Rye mash bill, all under the supervision of the Chicago Rabbinical Council.
Using a blanco tequila base, Tequila Komos Reposado Rosa ages in former red wine French oak barrels. Once the tequila has gone through a purification process, mellowed, softened and picked up flavors and colors from the red wine barrels - giving it a pink hue - it is stored and tumbled in amphorae. It is then bottled in an opaque bottle, just like red wine, to preserve the color and aromas of the tequila.
St. Elder Artisanal Pamplemousse Liqueur is made in America and handcrafted in small batches using fresh extracts and natural flavors. Smooth enough to be had alone or added as a delicious kick to your favorite mixed drink.

The Extinct Blends Quartet as it unfolds will reimagine four of our favorite blended Scotches from yesteryear, using some of our rarest and most idiosyncratic stocks of whisky.
