Edition 14.3 of Bruichladdich’s Octomore series was made with 100% Concerto Barley from Octomore farm on Islay and matured for five years in first-fill ex-American whiskey casks and second-fill wine casks.
An odyssey of aromas with two original finishes. A straight rye whiskey finished in barrels seasoned with fig nectar and scratch Tentura- each crafted at the WhistlePig farm using local and Greek ingredients. Single Barrel, bottled at proof.
The Line 39 Pinot Grigio displays fresh, delicate floral aromas in the nose. In the mouth, there are citrus flavors of lemon and lime supported by a full, long finish.

The EABA is more Syrah-dominated and checks in as 65% Syrah, 22% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, and the rest Viognier that saw plenty of stems and close to two years in 50% new French oak.
Dignitary Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown at the base of Chalk Hill, where a slightly warmer climate and rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for the clone. The wine is aged unfiltered for 18 months in French oak barrels.
