For the lover of Riesling that isn't dry. This Kabinett's vines comes mostly from the Himmelreich single vineyard in the town of Zeltingen. Full of blue slate soils, the mineral adds a vibrant freshness to this juicy, gushing white wine that has a good dose of orchard fruit and sweetness on the palate.
Elegant Sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley. Notes of pear and citrus. This Pouilly Fumé shows pale yellow with a pronounced bouquet of white currants. It is dry, lively and fresh with well-defined fruit. Grown on the opposite bank from Sancerre, this wine is a little more complex and flowery than Sancerre.
Pink-hued and funky, this skin-contact orange wine brims with clementine and orange peel notes on the nose, supported by an overtone of honeysuckle. The light palate has a texture reminiscent of citrus pith and tingles with freshness, while clementine and white pepper notes are highlighted by the bone-dry nature. It is compelling and wonderfully light. - Anne Krebiehl MW, 92 Points
Château Margès is a family owned property located in the commune of Budos, at about 40 km South-East from Bordeaux. A dry white wine, with nice notes of citrus. Good vividness, but without being aggressive, this wine has a lot of finesse and is really aromatic. Fruity nose. Rich and fresh on the palate, the finish is supple and round.
This is a wonderful, slightly sparkling wine produced in the Veneto region of Italy. Bottled by V.E.C.A.M. (Vecchia Cantina di Montepulciano). Its slightly fruity, creamy, dry quality make Bartenura Prosecco the perfect wine to accompany appetizers, pasta, and seafood dishes. It is best served chilled.
Mildiani white dry wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes in Imereti and is traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
Dry, clean, and crisp with citrus notes, yellow plum, light green apple, & a hint of white pepper. The latin for Hungarian cricket roughly means clever cricket. Its favorite food includes the leaves of vine tedrils. Research has shown that there are certain varieties of grapes whose leaves the clever cricket will not touch. These are primarily the leaves of the Grüner Veltliner grape.
A pale yellow wine with hints of gold, the complex nose is intense with floral notes (rose) and spices (pepper). Hints of ripe grapes. The attack is direct and concentrated. Well-balanced and rather dry, it goes well with tropical dishes and anything based on the strong Alsatian Munster cheese.
