The ingredients and whiskey-making process of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is the same as Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey - 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Unaged whiskey is mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal before entering into the barrel.

A bespoke bottling of tequila that will be the talk of any room - Los Azulejos Skeleto Skelly Anejo is a vibrantly crafted, artisan tequila from one of Mexico's finest distillers! Housed in a whimsical skeleton decanter sporting a mariachi hat, this selectively aged spirit is matured for at least 3 years in American white oak and bottled at 40% ABV (80-proof).
Using a blanco tequila base, Tequila Komos Reposado Rosa ages in former red wine French oak barrels. Once the tequila has gone through a purification process, mellowed, softened and picked up flavors and colors from the red wine barrels - giving it a pink hue - it is stored and tumbled in amphorae. It is then bottled in an opaque bottle, just like red wine, to preserve the color and aromas of the tequila.
The inaugural release of Ben Glaetzer’s Godolphin Shiraz Cabernet, the 2004 vintage, received rave reviews from the world’s wine press with US critic Robert Parker describing it as “the stuff of legends….. the apogee of Ben Glaetzer’s winemaking talents”, scoring it 96-98 points. UK wine writer Mathew Dukes was equally impressed writing “This is the earth shatteringly brilliant younger brother to Amon-Ra, and it's a hedonistic Shiraz/Cabernet blend. Where Amon-Ra is, admittedly, totally over the top, Godolphin is near perfection.”
