The Fog Monster Bedrock Red is an heirloom field blend of 27 different grape varieties, including Zinfandel (55%), Carignan (15%), and Mataro (10%), sourced from the eponymous Bedrock single vineyard planted in 1888.
This dry amber wine is made of Goruli Mtsvane grape variety, derived from the Kartli region. It was made in Qvevri using the Georgian traditional method with the long skin contact.
