Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah & Shiraz. The grapes for “our” Jewel were sourced and hand harvested from our finest plots of our highest quality vineyards in the Judean Hills.
On the nose, the wine leaps from the glass with ripe blackberry, cassis, black cherry, and red plum, with a lovely herbaceous undertone. The palate expresses juicy red and black fruits with hints of black tea, damp earth, vanilla bean, lavender, and just a touch of flint.
Imperial Collection Super Premium Strong is distilled from selected grain. It is distinguished by its fresh taste with a trace of black currants. The structure of leaves of a black currant which masks a smell of spirit owing to what vodka in a cool condition does not have a sharp spirit aroma.
Coming on the heels of a prolonged multi-year drought, the 2016 growing season was defined by near-ideal conditions. Rain in March and early April allowed the vines to start the spring with ample moisture in the soil, making for healthy canopies and balanced vines.
A very fresh and decidedly peppery nose features pretty notes of red berries and an elegant floral nuance. There is fine intensity and volume to the well-detailed middle weight flavors that deliver very good length on the saline-inflected finish. Good stuff that could be enjoyed young or aged for a few years to good effect.

The white-golden prestige cuvée contains a bit more Chardonnay than Pinot Noir and opens with a deep and seductive, pretty accessible nose with intense yet fresh fruit aromas of pineapples, with peaches and tangerines.

On the palate luscious flavours of lemon zest and guava combine with notes of currant leaf and fresh bell pepper. Finely balanced with zesty acidity, an underlying minerality, and just a hint of residual sweetness this crisp and fresh wine leads to a long, dry, and persistent finish.

Very nice deep ruby color, dazzling. Nose of black cherry, salted caramel, gingerbread. Full and indulgent on the palate with notes of brioche. Very nice impression of sweetness.

A 2006 Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition single malt that was finished in an oloroso sherry cask and bottled in 2021. Aromas of buttery biscuits, orange, honey and apricot fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet malt, caramel, figs, red apples and soft hints of peat smoke throughout the palate.
