This makes an excellent entry into the world of Burgundian Pinot Noir. It displays an alluring nose filled with ripe cherry fruit, violets, vanilla and cinnamon. Light in the mouth with good earthy tones expertly blended with the cherry fruit flavours.

The 2017 Gran Reserva Malbec is selected from old Vines from Mendoza and undergoes 15 months aging in new French and American oak. It integrates the oak with aplomb, the nose is vibrant and well-defined, with notes of cassis, blueberry and blackberry. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, silky tannins enhanced by a patina of dark chocolate-tinged black fruit. The texture of the wine will perfectly compliment many good meat dishes.
[yellow tail] Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color with vibrant citrus, passion fruit, and fresh grassy scents on the nose and a tantalizing palate of fresh tropical fruits, passionfruit, and lime.
The nose is fruity, fresh, relatively fine and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, plum and a hint of cassis jam associated with fine touches of chocolate, cardamom, a discreet hint of tea and a very fine / discreet hint of balsamic.
The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby, garnet, crimson color. Perfumed aromas on the nose offer inviting bramble berry notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, and red currant, alongside baking spice notes of allspice, cedar, tobacco leaf and clove.
