Da Vinci Chianti 2021 showcases vibrant flavors of ripe plums, cherries, and red fruit, with round tannins that linger in a long, peppery finish. A soft mineral undertone adds depth to its lively profile.
A luminous, light strawberry pink with hints of salmon, a pale rim, and a fine, abundant mousse that rises to an elegant crown. Youthful fruit aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and pomegranate lead to a refreshing palate full of cherry fruit and a light acidity.
As it should, this presently has an entirely different aromatic profile with its ripe and fresh combination of earth and sauvage characters together with both red and dark currant scents.
Inky bright-rimmed ruby. An exotically perfumed bouquet displays sexy black and blue fruit liqueur scents complicated by suggestions of potpourri vanilla and incense.
Clear, firm, quite fresh aroma of red and a little black berries with floral nuances and a touch of citrus zest as well as hints of soup herbs and tar. Taut, tart, juicy, youthful fruit, nutty aromas, a little cocoa and a hint of coffee, some acidity, present, yet fine tannin, persistent, has power, salt in the background, also a little herbs and pepper, quite polished, very good, juicy and spicy finish with traction.
Amaras Espadin is made with agave Espadin. Bottles of this mezcal are made by several different producers, so check your bottle for details. Many bottles are produced by Armando Martinez, but they also work with producers in Mitla, San Carlos, and San Juan del Rio.
“Madly sited”, perched high between two mountain ranges on a pass once a meeting point for cattle drovers on their way to market. The name Dalwhinnie translates from Gaelic as “Plain of Meetings”. Surviving periods of closure, the distillery has produced its distinctive single malt since 1947, only being completely modernized in 1996.
Generous notes of plum and fig marmalade rounded out by intense oaky notes of toffee and toasted bread on the nose. The mellowness of butterscotch and baked spices with hints of dark chocolate flavors.
Made with Gohyakumangoku sake rice from Toyama Prefecture and underground water from the Tateyama Mountain Range. When you put it inyour mouth, the gorgeous rice flavor spreads out and the aftertastelingers for a long time.
Sparkling wine is made according to the classical method of secondary fermentation of wine in sealed pressure tanks. The blend of PRESTIGE Semi-Sweet includes selected grapes of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane varieties, collected manually.
