This whiskey was finished in Oloroso sherry casks for approximately one to four years.
From a mix of younger and older vines of 5-40 year old vines planted various plots closer to the river on alluvial soil and sand. Formed in 2011 by two Argentinian couples, the quartet set out to revive the planting of varieties indigenous to Argentina called "Criollas." Sitting at 4,920 feet above sea level, the vines are planted in alluvial soils along the Los Patos River.
