This traditional white Bordeaux is made by a cooperative of talented winemakers in the picturesque region of Entre-duex-Mers. In the heart of this region you can admire the medieval castle of Rauzan in its vineyard surroundings, which is where this co-op takes its name from.
Intense purple color. Fresh raspberry and cherry flavors, together with a soft touch of vanilla and spices make for a very charming aroma. Round and soft mouth feel, followed by a medium bodied and yet fleshy sensation. Velvety tannins and long fruity finish.
Plummy purple in colour with aromas of ripe red and black fruit on the nose. On the palate it is silky and smooth with a hint of spice from the Cabernet grapes. Supple tannins are also present, but not overpowering.

Beaujolais 2017 reveals a fragrant nose of small black fruits aromas. The mouth is ample, offering a nice concentration with hints of blackcurrant and silky tannins. Velvety finish and beautiful length.
