This 43% Cognac is aged in both young and old French oak barrels with a moderate level of lees in the eaux-de-vie, to release a lightness and an elegance. The blend has an unmistakable personality that is best described as persistent with a touch of subtleness.
It's aromas is reminiscent of cooked and raw agave, an obvious vanilla taste, and some other spices such as clove and cinnamon. Hazelnut, chocolate and tobacco hints are also found. It has a unique balance which is exquisite to taste.
