One of the region's most charming yet least understood villages, Chénas in the hands of Dutraive comes off as a Morgon-Fleurie hybrid, with ample structure and gravitas supporting its inherently elegant fruit and tannin profile.

Chabasse XO Cognac features a golden hue with reddish flashes and a subtle, woody nose, highlighted by Port aromas and fruity notes of prune. Its palate is rich and full-bodied, showcasing nutty flavors of hazelnut and walnut, complemented by delicate floral hints of iris and hyacinth.
The opening bouquet is complex and luminous, a mingling of white flowers, citrus and stone fruit. The overall effect is enhanced by the freshness of aniseed and crushed mint. The final aromas offered by the wine are starting to show spicy, woody and roasted notes.
Our 2021 Mark West Cabernet Sauvignon brims with layers of blueberry and blackberry preserves with hints of spice. Underlying note of toasted vanilla and caramel give the wine an elegance. The finish is rich and smooth with a lingering touch of dark plum.
Deep purple colour; aromas of vanilla, mint, black currant and cherry fruit; dry, full-bodied, well balanced with ripe tannins and spicy, cedary, cassis flavours; medium-long finish.
This sparkling wine is bright straw in color with fresh, light green reflections. On the nose, ripe meyer lemon, pears, stone fruit, as well as hints of freshly baked sourdough bread. Light to medium- bodied, off dry, with an almost creamy texture.
There’s purity to the cherry, strawberry, rose, mineral and herb aromas and flavors in this solidly built red, which shows excellent balance and length. The muscular finish begs for more time for the beautiful fruit to assimilate.
A nice beef bouillon aroma sets a meaty tone, accompanied by more genteel aromas of dried rose petals and blackcap raspberries. There's a nice balance between the restrained black cherry, black tea and lemon flavors, and the wine's modest acidity and tannins.
