Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
Lovely pale golden yellow. Floral nose, highly expressive ending on a touch of lime flower. Round and fleshy in the mouth, this wine has nice acidity. Well balanced, the finish takes aromas of apple. True enjoyment on grilled fish, fish stew and sea food.

Created using the Georgian traditional Qvevri method, the wine is amber in color, with enticing aromas of ripe fruits, dried fruits, and spices. Appellation controlled white dry wine, produced from specially selected Rkatsiteli (85%) and Kakhuri Mtsvane (15%) grapes grown in Tsinandalii appellation of Kakheti region. This light straw color wine perfectly preserves aromas typical to these varieties displayed with apples, peaches, pears and ripe apricots. Aftertaste is lingering supported by light acid balancing the fruity sweetness. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
