A blend of Garnacha Tintorera, Palomino, Trousseau, Garnacha, and Mencia, from vineyards that range from 800-1000 meters in altitude. Grapes are de-stemmed and fermentation and aging is in a combination of tanks, amphorae, and cement eggs. A lovely, light bodied red, with subtle tannic structure, and bright red floral aromatics.
An unusual white dry-style Pinot Noir from free-run juice, the wine presents a good firm structure. A perfect match for strong Indian and Asian spiced dishes. Also fantastic with a spiced duck leg, dishes with acidic sauces, roasted vegetables and soft cheeses.
Adictivo Imperial Extra Añejo Tequila uses sherry casks for aging, resulting in a subtle red hue in this already amber-colored Tequila. The first release is a limited production of 1000 bottles for the US, and the ceramic blue bottle is truly a stunner. This would be a great gift for any tequila collector or Adictivo fan.
Planted in the grand cru vineyard Brand, the vines are north facing, ideal for Pinot Noir in this climate, as the wine is guaranteed to be fresh even in hot vintages. Compared to his Pinot Noir "S," also grown on granite, this cuvée is a little denser, very smooth, silky, and spicy, a wine obviously influenced by his love for Burgundy.

Earth and fruit are both complexly expressed in this nearly-opaque, massive-yet-controlled Pinot from the always impressive Pisoni Vineyard. A melange of dried red flower and black fruits explode on the nose, and the palate bristles with textural notes of potpourri, dark cherry, and watermelon seed.
