Just as these gems were meticulously chosen, so have we chosen the unique and quality wine grapes that go into creating these exciting wines that reflect our aspiration. After 16 months of maturing & aging the unique blend was created.
The 2021 J. Lohr Estates Los Osos Merlot presents mature red colorwith a raspberry hue. Brambly fruit aromas of plum and pomegranate are integrated with a barrel signature of mocha and baking spice. Whole berry fermentation with a generous use of Malbec in the blend accentuates bright fruit tones on the palate, and leaves a lengthy finish. Made with 86% Merlot, 14% Malbec.
The 2015 Alluvial Selection is powerful and voluptuous, with notes of cassis, blackberry, dark chocolate and tobacco. Full-bodied, the palate delivers fine-grained, silky tannins with a vibrant finish. This expressive wine will age beautifully for 20+ years.
The 2016 Heritage Selection is expressive and full-bodied, with baked black cherry and concentrated blackberry fruit across the palate with spicy notes of clove and cardamom.
This wine is composed of 61% Shiraz, 20% Zinfandel, 12% Marselan and 7% Grenache, deriving from various regions in the Negev. Each wine was aged individually in large oak vats and concrete vats for 9 months. This created a refreshing fruity wine that will pair well with Mediterranean cuisine.
