The first edition of a new collection which aims to celebrate iconic polo destinations, The 21-Year-Old Polo Estancia Edition pays homage to what is universally known as the 'home of polo' - Argentina. The Polo Estancia blend was fully finished in top of the range Malbec wine casks from the high altitude 'boutique terroir' of Cafayate.
Vermentino from the Guado al Tasso estate is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Excellent aromatic intensity on the nose offers notes of citrus fruit, white flower blossoms and tropical fruit. On the palate it’s savory with good persistence of flavors and a fresh and pleasant citrusy finish.
Of a very elegant pale yellow this Albariño has a fresh and vibrant nose that reminds us of tropical fruit with subtle citrus and floral notes. In the mouth, we find a round and fresh body with a saline and mineral combination that provide a marked notion of terroir.
Rum based liqueur, nose is spicy ginger with clove and a hint of vanilla. Taste is a more subtle ginger, followed by almond and vanilla. An allspice tingle on the tongue develops into a long finish with a zest of lime. Sip neat or mix with aged spirits.
Our Fairbanks’s Ruby Port has hints of cinnamon, clove and dark chocolate on the nose, followed by intense, full bodied flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum with an acidic medium-long finish.
Full bodied red wine. Deep ruby red in colour, on the nose, aromas of plum and blackberry with notes of spices. Medium tannins. Low acidity. Rich and intense red wine in style.
Grapey perfume on the nose, with citrus, blossom, orange jelly and apricot. Ripe and textured on the palate, with more quince jam, mango, apricot juice and a pinch of white spices, balanced by polished acidity and a touch of tannin.
Medium ruby in colour, this has a spicy nose which bursts with fruits of the forest. It displays impressive concentration and a firm, but relatively elegant, layered structure that is well wrapped in juicy, succulent red and black berry fruit.
Clément-Pichon offers blackcurrant and raspberry aromas on the nose, quite pure and airy, well defined if not overly complex. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit laced with graphite and tobacco, well knit with an elegant finish.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is very deep purple-black in color with a crushed plums, blackberries and black cherries nose with hints of dried herbs and smoked meats plus menthol and chocolate box notes. The full-bodied palate is rich, finely textured and fresh, with great purity and length.
Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru La Boudriotte from Bruno Colin has an intense nose of white fruit, honey and butter. On the palate, the wine is powerful, firm and full of flavour with a perfectly executed mineral finish. This top-class white wine can be aged for several years before drinking.
