Tequila Lokita Reposado is a handcrafted, small-batch tequila made from the finest blue agave, harvested at peak maturity. Double-distilled in small batches and aged in oak barrels, it undergoes a final tasting by the master distiller to ensure exceptional quality.
With our usual earlier pick date, the 2021 retained freshness and acidity, allowing the spice, as well as a bit of Cahors earthiness to show itself. Our goal is to express the vintage and to achieve elemental balance within all the components. The Fog Monster Bedrock Red is an heirloom field blend of 27 different grape varieties, including Zinfandel (55%), Carignan (15%), and Mataro (10%), sourced from the eponymous Bedrock single vineyard planted in 1888.
Has a complex bouquet with notes of anise, citrus and vanilla. Heavy bodied with a syrupy mouthfeel, flavored with anise and an edge of sugar and spice. Long finish with little alcohol presence and a slight warmth.
This is a big, bold Cabernet Sauvignon that explodes with black cherry, wild berry fruit and notes of chocolate and vanilla. The nose is slightly smoky. The body of the wine is rich in texture with bright, fresh finish.
In color, it is bright, clean, amber with reflections of gold. On the nose, it has an elegant aroma and aromas of French oak with hints of vanilla and cocoa and a slight touch of hazelnut.
